In an environment in constant technological and social evolution like ours, professional skills require real-time adaptation and even anticipation of the needs demanded. This implies continuous and updated training at all times, based on the requirements of the various economic and social sectors. Vocational Training has that purpose and, for that, it must have a network of trainers adapted to that evolution of the environment. The good practices of our teaching staff can be shared, improved and updated and for all this we make all our resources available.
But at the NRC we do not limit ourselves only to the training of trainers. We also promote continuous training of the companies' staff and training for employment.
