Monitoring industry trends and training needs
Training at the forefront as a response to a changing environment
The Observatory of Trends and Needs in Commercial Logistics and Transport Management has been created with the purpose of identifying and characterising the training actions that the sector demands, both in the creation of new specialities and the updating of existing ones. The functions carried out by the National Reference Centre in this field are as follows:
- Analysing new training trends and experimenting with their implementation.
- Establish benchmarks for other training centres.
- Contribute to the design and development of technical and methodological improvement plans aimed at teaching or training staff, experts and professional counsellors, as well as assessors involved in professional competence recognition processes.
