Design of supply systems in a Lean environment. (Blended learning - 2021)

The main focus of the training is to put the Lean Manufacturing Production System into context, to know and understand the different tools in Lean logistics, to learn the methodology to design procurement systems in a Lean environment and to apply what has been learned in practical cases simulated through simulation games.

Training BLENDED LEARNINGThe face-to-face sessions will be held in the LEAN classroom at CIFPA, while the online training part will be carried out through the CIFPA/Aeducar platform.
